About the Author : D.M. Pestonjee was the L&T Chair Professor of Organizational Behaviour at the Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad, India. He is author/coauthor of nine books and over 100 research articles. He was been Temporary Advisor to WHO, USAID, OXFAM. He was also an Individual Category Elected member of the International Social Service Council of the UNESCO to represent Management Sciences for three terms. He has served on several national bodies like the Indian Council of Social Science Research, the All India Council for Technical Education, and the Indian Council of Medical Research.
